Describe what you want to build. Völundr's multi-agent pipeline analyses your idea, designs the architecture, writes the code, runs the tests, and deploys a working Docker application to a live URL — automatically. Built for solo founders and indie hackers who need production software, not prototypes.

How it works
Describe your idea
Chat with the Analyst agent. Describe what you need, upload wireframes or documents, and confirm the specification before anything is built.
Agents build it
The pipeline runs automatically — Architect designs the structure, Developer writes the code, Tester validates it. Nothing to sit and watch: you get a notification when the app is ready.
Get a live application
Your app deploys as a Docker container with a unique URL. Request changes any time — the pipeline re-runs and updates in place. Your URL never changes.
Why Völundr
You settle the spec, then it runs
Nothing is built until you confirm the requirements you wrote with the Analyst, and nothing reaches your production URL until you promote it. In between, the pipeline runs end-to-end without needing you.
Real deployments, not sandboxes
Every build ships as a Docker container with staging and production environments. Promote to production in a single click.
Iterate without starting over
Change requests re-run the relevant pipeline stages and replace the running container in place. Your URL stays the same.
Proof
A few of the apps Völundr has actually shipped — screenshots, the idea, and a working link.

PhysioDesk
A patient record system for a two-therapist physiotherapy practice: who came in, what was done to them, and who is booked today. Built to replace a paper diary and a spreadsheet at a front desk in Brighton. The patient list shows at a glance when each person was last seen. Opening a record gives the full visit history — the therapist's notes and the home exercises they set, each entry stamped if it was later amended. The day's schedule takes attendance in one click while the patient is still standing at the desk, and the monthly summary splits the work between the two therapists. Three fixed staff logins and nothing patient-facing at all: no online booking, no sign-up, no patient ever logs in.

Sala
A reservation board for a fourteen-table restaurant, where the main screen is the room itself rather than a list. Both dining rooms are drawn to their real layout — tables shaped and sized by how many they seat, from two-person squares to the round eight at the window — each coloured by what is happening at the hour you pick. Clashes and overfilled tables are refused out loud rather than silently, and a headcount by the hour shows where the evening peaks. Staff only, one shared password, in oak, cream and burgundy.

Blacktop
A courtside scorekeeper for street basketball, run from one phone by whoever is sitting out. Set the format, the clock and the rosters, then tap points, rebounds, blocks, assists and fouls straight onto each player while the team score moves with them. Undo on every action, and a shareable summary image at full time. Everything stays on the device — no sign-up, no accounts.
What to expect
What it is
What it isn't
A real starting point, not a finished product
The pipeline builds a working application — functional code, deployed and live. Most apps need some refinement to be exactly right. Use change requests to iterate after your app is live.
No surprises mid-build
You get a quote before anything starts. Simple, Standard, or Complex — you see the price and approve it. If the build fails, you're automatically refunded in full.
API keys are your business
Apps that need external services (OpenAI, Stripe, Twilio, etc.) won't fully start until you add your credentials on the review page. This is by design — your keys are encrypted and never shared.
Change requests are the iteration loop
After staging, you can request changes as many times as you need. Each CR re-runs the relevant pipeline stages and updates the live container in place. Your URL never changes.
Pricing
Pay for what you build. Host what you want to keep live.
Build
€49 – €149
one-time, per project
Simple €49 · Standard €99 · Complex €149. You approve the quote before anything starts. Refunded in full if the pipeline fails.
Hosting
€15
per month, optional
Required only when you promote to production. Cancel any time — your apps stay live for 14 days, then teardown. Your Docker output is always yours to download.
Change requests
€25 – €55
one-time, packs of 10/15/20
Starter €25 (10 CRs) · Standard €35 (15 CRs) · Pro €55 (20 CRs). Iterate as much as your pack allows. Your first 5 CRs are free.
About
Järnhaus is a software studio building autonomous development tools for modern businesses. The name comes from Old Norse járn — iron — because we forge software that holds.
Völundr is our first product, built for SMBs and technical teams who need working software without the overhead of a traditional agency — faster, leaner, and under your control.
More tools are in the forge.
Remember, that we all are brothers.
All people, beasts, trees and stone and wind.
We all descend from the one great being.
That was always there.
Before people lived and named it.
Before the first seed sprouted.
